I was born and raised in the Algarve, Portugal, where I grew up surrounded by nature, the ocean, a lively mix of people, AND - dogs and cats! :)
Animals have always been a natural part of my life, and I’ve long enjoyed both their companionship and caring for them.

At 23, I moved to the UK as an Erasmus Biology student… and I haven’t yet left! While I don’t have pets here, I love spending time with and pet-sitting friends’ animals, and I am looking to find more such opportunities.

My background has made me naturally curious about the world, comfortable in new environments, and keen to connect with others—whether people or pets! I completed a PhD at the University of Cambridge and have since explored both career and travel across countries such as Taiwan, Korea, Guatemala, Myanmar, Colombia, Japan, and Vietnam.

Beyond my career in academic research and biotech, I enjoy meaningful connections, self-development, meditation, sports, and the arts.
