Hi my name is Christine .
I have recently retired and have had dogs and cats for most of my life. My lovely dachshund Harley passed away last year and I am missing the joy that animals can bring.
I am one of those people who always stops to ask about the dog on the street and whether I can stroke him, their age, name etc.

A friend introduced me to the idea of house and animal sitting and so I decided that would give me an opportunity to see some lovely parts of the UK and have animals around me too.

A friend is also free for most of the time to accompany me and help out . We would be looking for 2 bedrooms if we were housesitting together but alternatively I can come on my own as well.

My interests are reading, spirituality, dancing and kayaking. I've just bought an inflatable kayak and if you live near a lake or river that would be of additional interest.

I live in a small village in West Sussex on the South Coast .
I/we would care for your precious home and animals and you could relax and enjoy being away knowing everything would be treated with care, respect and lots of love. I am happy to care for elderly animals /those needing medication.

I/we are non smokers. I have a car and a clean licence. I had an Enhanced DBS in my working life.
