Hello!

We are a friendly, professional and relaxed couple from Lancashire, England. We have returned home from a year of working and house sitting 42 wonderful animals across East Coast Australia. We loved caring for pets and meeting new people, so we are continuing our house sitting journey closer to home in England. Please see our many happy house sitting reviews.

We are house-proud, we don't smoke or own pets.

Claire is an artist and art educator. She delivers art history lectures, drawing and painting classes to adults and children (often working remotely). Claire is qualified with a BTEC in Animal Care/Welfare and has a Canine First Aid CPD certificate, therefore she takes great pride in pet sitting responsibilities. She will also love sketching your pets! Her favourite hobbies include running and visiting museums.

Jack is a civil engineer and operates machinery for ground work. He has also worked for large scale landscaping and gardening projects across England. Jack has owned and cared for many cats throughout his life. His favourite hobbies include hiking and listening to ancient history podcasts.

I was very pleased to have found suitable house sitters and pet sitters with Jack and Claire! They were very kind, nurturing and trusting. Our big fur baby made new besties and was taken care of like he was their own dog. Came home to a clean house and during the days Claire and Jack were at our house kept us informed daily including photos how our four legged boy was doing - always happy photos. My first contact by message and then phone with Jack and Claire was very easy going and I instantly felt like they were the right couple. We had great communication and I knew exactly what time they were coming. They had great repore with me and straight away with my 2 fur babies. We had the pleasure of having Claire & Jack house sit for us for 3 weeks during November whilst we were away taking a break with the caravan. Not only did they keep our house + yard immaculate they went above & beyond caring for our 9-year-old golden retriever who unfortunately had a fit. Claire & Jack have been amazing and so caring with Jazzie our cat. They looked after Jazzie and our house like it was there own. Jazzie just relaxed around them and she got lots of lovely attention. Claire and Jack have been amazing house sitters. We needed someone urgently following a family emergency and they have been absolutely great. They lovingly cared for my parent's dog (even going and buying him new toys and beds!) and been excellent with communications - even keeping in touch with all the neighbours. My parents' dog is as fit and healthy as ever and the house has been well looked after.
