Hi there,

I'm Carol & I'm looking forward to taking great care of your home and your pets.

A little about me . . . I was born and grew up in New Zealand where I owned numerous cats and dogs over the years. I had my own home in New Zealand but now I reside in the UK spending my time traveling & house sitting. Over the last few years I have house sat in Vancouver, San Francisco, Hawaii, Tasmania, Melbourne, Birmingham, France, New Zealand, London and across the UK looking after dogs, cats, fish, chickens/birds and rabbits.

Looking after your house & pets will be my pleasure and be assured your fur babies will be treated as if they were my own with lots of cuddles & walks.

I work remotely and currently I am looking for sitting opportunities within Greater London and the surrounding areas (with less than a 90 minute commute into London). Opportunities outside this geographical region require a sit of longer than two weeks.

Carol was a perfect sitter. She communicated brilliantly, was able to fit her dates around ours. She was so friendly and open it was a pleasure to meet her. Without being asked, she took it upon herself to send us lovely updates on the cats which we enjoyed. She left the house spotless. The other great thing about Carol was how much the cats loved her. Carol was a fabulous house and dog sitter from start to finish. Great communication from the beginning and flexible with dates. We had to return home early due to ill health and Carol was very understanding and unfazed. Our little Cybil was taken care of so well and was very happy with Carol for 7 weeks. Carol was absolutely outstanding looking after my house and my cat and dogs while I was away on a work trip. My dogs loved her so much and she was so good at keeping in touch with lots of photos and videos and messages, and coped extremely well with my paranoid and jet lagged questions! Could not recommend highly enough, would give 8 stars if I could!

What can I say about Carol, one of the most amazing people I have ever met. I was very nervous about leaving my babies for so long, but there was no need to worry, Carol went above and beyond and had to deal with really bad weather and lockdown being introduced for the birds. She was amazing, sending me updates and photos, and spoiling the chickens, ducks and geese rotten. Would love to have her sit again for us.

Carol came to look after our one year old chihuahua Freddy and was absolutely excellent with him! I am a bit of a helicopter dog mum so left a long list of instructions as Freddy was having some stomach issues, which Carol followed impeccably. Freddy really bonded with her and even slept on her chest which he doesn't do with everyone! The house was just as we left it when we got back and we received lots of updates. Highly recommend!

Carol is a pet/house sitter extraordinaire! We left our rescue dog and cat for the first time to go on our long awaited holiday, and I will admit that I was a bit anxious.
