55, Retired Orthoptist (NHS)
55, Retired Gardener
After looking after friends cats and dogs, joining House Sitter is the logical step. We look forward to caring for a variety of animals as if they were our own. Our pets brought us much comfort and joy. Your pets and home will be our priority and safe in our care.
We are passionate carers with experience of budgies, chickens, cockatiel, cats, dogs, fish, guinea pigs, and rabbits.
We took early retirement to prioritise our free time and adventures. We are blessed with good health, so can pursue our love of the outdoors. We are keen walkers, paddleboarders and wild swimmers. We value our home and will treasure yours.
We live in Cambridgeshire but our campervan travels take us further afield. Our elderly parents are in Surrey and Dumbartonshire. They only want brief visits, so short breaks are ideal. Other family are based in Edinburgh and Hereford. We have friends around the UK and are up for longer breaks too.
We also enjoy visiting gardens, theatre, National Trust sites, museums, so are equally at home in cities and towns.
In our professional lives, we both worked with the public. Sandra nurturing her clients gardens. Jules treating patients eye disorders, whilst focusing on the whole person. (Clinical, teaching and managerial roles). We also have had various voluntary experience working with various groups in our local community.
We look forward to quality time with your pets, ensuring your home is safe and secure while you have your own adventures.
