Hello!!

I'm Whitney from Australia.

I am a 36 year old, solo (non smoker) recently qualified social worker who loves nature and adores animals.

I am heading to the UK in October 2024 on a 2 year working holiday visa. I plan to be mostly based in Scotland, with plenty of visits to various European/UK countries as well.

Before embarking on my overseas adventure I lived in Melbourne, Victoria, working as a case manager in a young woman's domestic violence refuge while completing my Master of Social Work degree.

During 2023/24 I completed my final social work placement in Melbourne, Australia, and being unpaid I made the decision to roll the dice and move out of my rental house and pet sit full time in order to offset the financial burden.

I had no idea just how life changing this experience would be! I've had the absolute pleasure of getting to know and love so many cats, dogs, chickens and even frogs. The only down side is getting VERY attached and then having to say goodbye.

I've made many new friends, both furry and human, and I'm immensely grateful to be entrusted with so many precious little ones and their homes - something I do not take lightly.

So, as I make my way around beautiful Scotland and surrounds, I would love nothing more than to continue house/pet sitting, spending endless hours playing, walking, cuddling and learning from some adorable pets, while getting to know the country.
