69, Just retired

I left this site recently as I took up a job offer. It wasn't a great move so I'm back here doing something I enjoy. I had great dog sits last year, lovely people and lovely pets.

Ex livestock farmer, sheepdog trainer, years of experience with domestic pets, my own and other people's. Bags of commonsense. Really enjoy caring for other people's pets especially as I don't have any of my own now.

I will always follow your instructions for your pets to help them to feel as secure and comfortable as possible when you are away. So much better for them to stay at home. Happy to look after houseplants, water the garden, dead heading in the garden

It was my first experience using housesitters. I could not have picked anyone better. Ann looked after my dog and my home perfectly. Rex was walked as he is used to and Ann left my home clean and tidy. Thank you so much Ann

Ann was a lovely housesitter!!! We had great communication throughout... Nothing was too much for her, she gave me lifts to and from my travel starting/finishing points. She really looked after Meg, who can be very 'enthousiastic' for want of a better word and needs someone with a bit of patience... And Ann also put up with me having to get a plumber in to sort an issue in the house, and to take in packages for me.

Ann was easy to communicate with, very knowledgeable about animal care and we felt confident leaving her in charge of our dog, cat, chickens and pigs. She also kept an eye on our small holiday let next door for us and was on hand should any issues have arisen. We were very pleased Ann could house sit for us.

Ann was an absolute delight. She was communicative, punctual and treated my dog lovingly as if she were her own. Ann left the house clean and tidy, with fresh flowers she'd picked from the garden on the kitchen table. I highly recommend her.
