Hi! I’m Lucia, and I have grown up around animals from a young age- always around cats, and helping on a small holding in a second home down south- this included rearing piglets one summer! From the age of 15, I regularly house sat for my next door neighbours when their childrens’ Labrador came to stay (for up to a week at a time and included taking him on long walks at our local park!)

As soon as I turned 18, I also bought and raised my own puppy (a tiny chihuahua so a big change from Monty the Labrador!), and have lived independently with him ever since (although he is being very spoilt by his grandparents whilst I look to meet other good boys and girls whilst travelling)!

I also have two cats back at my family home and I am always first point of call for when family members go on holiday to look after their animals.

I work remotely so I am able to spend all day in any location that has reliable WIFI/ internet connection. At home, I often split my day up to be able to take my dog out on my breaks (usually one morning, one afternoon, and a longer break over my lunch).

I am also an early riser, rarely asleep after 6am so love to fit an early morning walk in everyday too! Growing up without my mother being able to drive, I love walking and can go long distances at a fast pace (obviously catering to a specific animal’s needs).

Being at home allows me to give my animals constant fuss, love and attention- as well as being able to feed them as per their individual schedules. I’m not a fan of nights out/ late nights, so prefer to have an early bedtime after an evening walk!

I am able to offer both dogs and cats constant company when I am house sitting, as I am able to work anywhere that my laptop can come with me.

Love and affection (providing that your pet is okay with this) comes in abundance! I am able to pet, feed, clean and walk them as required, as well as keeping your home spotless (I’m also useful for keeping the houseplants alive!)
