Lorraine and I are a mature but capable couple, who have done most things. We have lived in a motorhome, a narrowboat and lived abroad for 9 years. We have kept chickens, always had dogs and grown all our own produce, while living solely on solar power in the mountains of Spain.
Due to a family bereavement we have decided to return to live in the UK and see housesitting as the way forward to continue our adventurous lifestyle.
I’m so glad I contacted Michael and Lorraine. They have taken excellent care of both Otto and my home. They arrived when they said they would, spent time getting to know Otto and introducing him to their dog Mona. It was obvious from word go that the dogs would get along. He was very happy to see me when I arrived home to an immaculate house along with a small gift for me.

After a slight change of plan re' animal care, Michael and Lorraine were incredibly understanding. My house was really well looked after, I felt genuinely relaxed about having them in my house and their regular communication was much appreciated. Would definitely have them stay again.
Michael and Lorraine arrived the evening before I left very early the following morning. They had brought their lovely dog Mona as arranged. Jonas and her did get on well. We had time for me to introduce the most important bits and for Michael and Lorraine to ask any questions. I could see that they were confident and caring to look after the house and Jonas. I was happy to leave them in charge.

Michael & Lorraine are a wonderful couple & are clearly animal lovers.
From our very first communication, making arrangements couldn’t have been easier.
When they arrived, we immediately felt at ease with both them & their dog Mona who is lovely too (Our BeeBee will miss her snuggles with Mona).
Knowing our dogs were at home with their home comforts, an extra play mate (Mona), plenty of walks, company & snuggles was a wonderful feeling.
