Retired couple with 2 athletic labs require couple keen to explore the beauty of Bowland and all it has to offer! Equally if you love gardens you can enjoy the wildlife and extensive birdlife at our home.
We have a comfortable, modernised 3 bedroom country house. You will have a choice of two bedrooms, both with superking sized beds. There is a wood burning stove, open plan lounge / kitchen dining area, utility and two good bathrooms and downstairs cloakroom. We are lucky to have 8 acres of woodland garden and a further 7 acres of fields attached which our dogs love. We have our rental property attached with a young family who share the garden area.

We live in the beautiful Forest of Bowland AONB in the middle of the countryside. We are six miles from the nearest lovely market town of Clitheroe, with all the amenities you would need. Our local pub, the Inn at Whitewell is 1.5 miles walk away and is famous for its food and hospitality. The area is great for walking and renowned for its many fantastic pubs / restaurants.
We feel this sit would require two people at the moment, as Jess is a puppy and can be walked far less the Millie. Millie needs a good hour walk / run in the morning and can of course manage longer walks if you wish to explore the area. Walking can be local but we can show you many other options around and about. Millie also tends to have a shorter walk in the afternoon which could just be our adjacent field (no stock) or further if you wish! Jess was born in february and will be building up her walks very slowly which we can discuss.

The chickens just need a feed in the morning and shutting away at night.
