We have two gorgeous baby cats: Mayhem who is 1 and Whisper who will be about 9 months in June. Our home is a semi-detached with a nice long garden so hopefully, weather permitting, you will be able to sit out and enjoy the decking. We live in Chesterfield and though the house is not quite yet finished we will make sure our home is clean and tidy for any prospective sitters.
Our fur babies will need feeding morning and evening and do still use a litter tray which will need cleaning everyday. They do have access to outside but are quite happy to be left in the house during working hours as needed. They love interaction and affection (particularly at 4am when I inevitably kick them out the bedroom) but they are very sweet and happy to play. By June we are aiming to have a microchip cat flap with a timer and the only necessity is that they are in the house when it's dark. They love the garden and if you aren't comfortable with the idea of them roaming freely, supervised time in the garden is also fine! At the end of the day I just want them to have company whilst we are away as they thrive on attention!
My home also has a couple of house plants but typically don't need water unless the it's very hot! The beds in the garden and any pots will need water either morning or evening again, weather dependent!
We live close to the Peak District which is easy to get to either by car or bus.
Please do contact me if you have any questions or are interested at all in coming to stay.
