We need a house sitter

West and South - Fermanagh

Mervyn

Please note that this is a rural area so own transport is essential.

Person required to look after low maintenance 6 year old male shih-tsu. Two short / one long daily walk and cuddles required. Toby is not used to small children so single adults or couples only please. Comfortable home set in rural Fermanagh (Northern Ireland) close to Donegal border. Spectacular views over the lake with lots to do and see in the area. 30 mins from Atlantic ocean with beautiful beaches.

We will be abroad but will leave full details on the house, area, etc and of course Toby. You will be the only one(s) in the house. We will aways be available on phone or Whatsapp, our son lives nearby and our 2 neighbours are very helpful and friendly.

Basic gardening required - watering plants and tending to lawn (have a robotic lawnmower but edges need trimmed). Happy to answer any queries you may have. Thank you.

we {my sister Roni and I} had a great experience at Mervyn and Adel's house and taking care of Toby. Toby is the perfect dog ever. He is sweet, cute, calm, relaxed, and a very gentle dog. he is the perfect cuddling partner... we enjoyed his company and we miss him already. we also loved the amazing view of the island in the lake in front of the house. The house is beautiful, and cozy and gives a feeling of warmth. We highly recommend Mervyn and Adel as hosts!

Mervyn & Adele have the most stunning property overlooking Lower Lough Erne, the view is spectacular. They were excellent communicators and provided plenty of concise written information ( file) about Toby, the house & surrounds. They made it very easy for me to house & dog sit, a very welcoming couple. Its a rural location but there is so much to see and do. This is a most enchanting location overlooking Lower Lough Erne. Added to that was the company of Toby which I really enjoyed. He is a really super companion. Mervyn prepared the ground well for my stay, especially with all the local information about the surrounding area as well as the details of the house itself.
