A detached family house located in a family friendly suburban estate just outside of Northwich town centre. A great location and base to access nearby popular cities such as Chester, Liverpool, Manchester. Also only just under an hour drive to the coast (either North Wales or Wirral).
Lovely nearby walks on the canal, River Weaver.
Nearby amenities such as Tesco express, pub, takeaways all within a 5-10 minute walk.

We have two cats (a mum and son). The mum loves to explore the garden but will like to curl up on the sofa near you at the end of a day. She can be shy initially but loves adult attention and the occasional treat.
The son is friendly character and loves to curl up on your lap. He loves his food and craves adult attention more. He Is a little unsure of outside and isn’t very experienced so needs supervision or frequent check ins when exploring the back garden. We never go out and leave him outside.
The cats will need feeding twice a day, playtime and attention. Litter trays needs clearing once a day at least.

Plants could be watered if weather is hot.
