A lovely 2-bed semi-detached cottage in the semi-rural, heavily wooded village of Tilford (Surrey), with a separate 2-bed self-contained annex (repurposed stable block). The main bedroom in the main cottage contains one King bed, and the other a single cabin bed (both upstairs). One bathroom with bath and shower upstairs. Wood-burning stove in the lounge room with a Television connected to Sky, Netflix, Disney+, BBC iPlayer & Amazon Prime. WiFi throughout. Washer and Dryer in the utility room. Annex (single-story) bedrooms both have King beds, one with an ensuite bathroom containing a shower. There is also a separate bathroom with a shower and a Kitchenette with a washing machine. A few pot plants inside that only need watering once a week. Large garden which will need some watering.

*** The main cottage has a steep and narrow staircase, so would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues***

Quick walk to a local pub and lovely café. Located near Farnham, close to the Bourne woods & Frensham ponds with ample nature walking.

One lovely no fuss 12-year-old Snow Bengal cat, Tigerlily. Comes and goes as she pleases during the day but is locked in at night. Generally, doesn’t use her inside litter but it’s there in case. Usually fed 3-4 pouches of cat food a day (though she will insist on more). Very vocal when hungry or wanting to go out in the morning. Doesn’t like to be picked up but will snuggle against your legs and be petted all day if she can. I work full-time so she is used to entertaining herself through the day.

Four friendly healthy chickens that are easy to maintain and give 2-4 eggs daily. Let out each morning with layers pellets topped up of an afternoon before they are locked up at night.
