Our house is a quirky & eclectic 2 bedroomed family home 10 minute walk from Bath city centre and 5 minutes from the station. Set in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Bear Flat area of town our home overlooks the beautiful city of Bath. We have all amenities including a large and light kitchen diner. Cosy in the winter but light and airy in the summer we have an enclosed, pet friendly sunny garden.
We have 2 double bedrooms and another "junk room" with a double sofa bed.
We can include a parking permit if needed for on street parking.
Close by is a local park with one of the best secret views of Bath. The area has shops, a pub & cafes, perfect for living like a local.
We have a cleaner who comes in once a week.

Neighborhood overview
Bear Flat is a wonderful place to stay. It is a short walk up the hill from central Bath & has a great local pub, The Bear, that has a menu to suit most tastes. There is also a well-stocked super-market, a take-away, a curry house and a small cafe, The Good Bear. If you are planning your trip in advance do look at The Good Bear website to see if one of their very popular supper clubs is running.
Close by is Alexandra Park which has a children's play area. In the summer it is the perfect place to watch the sunset.

Bath is a beautiful city. A world heritage site famous for its Roman Baths and Georgian architecture. The city of Bristol is a 15 min train journey or 40 mins drive away. You're also close to the Cotswolds and beautiful countryside.

We are looking for experienced dog sitters for our young large pointer dog Walton. You need to be experienced with big dogs and enjoy walking. Walton is a Slovakian Rough Haired Pointer and has lots of energy and lots of love to give but needs at least an hours walk twice a day. He is trained, and good with people and other dogs but sometimes struggles with impulse control, especially around squirrels and cats! He has lots of energy and like most pointers can be a little highly strung so he prefers a calm environment at home. He's not one for lots of people and noise but can cope with a visit to a quieter pub, especially if there is the odd pork scratching treat!
Even though Walton is a large dog, he likes nothing better than a cuddle and does need lots of love and attention. He so doesn't like long periods of time on his own in the house but can do a couple of hours, and we are trying to build this up so you won't be tied to the house.
Walton travels well in a car if you want to adventure further afield.
While we are very central in Bath, and only a 10/15 min walk for all the main attractions and we have lots of amazing walks starting just over the road. We are close to Alexander Park which has the best view of Bath!
On top of that, we have a lovely sunny garden for you to enjoy.
This is perfect for people who want a city break but love a good walk too.
