Lisa & Sam

We adore animals!

I, Lisa, am a full time postgraduate student working on my Master's dissertation in Scottish History. Sam is a self-employed artist.
We were the proud and loving owners of a beautiful boxer dog for 14 years, and now, three years after she passed, are very close to feeling ready to taking on a new pup. In the meantime, we love to travel and spend lots of time exploring Scotland, and spend two months of the year visiting family in Australia.
We adore and are experienced in looking after dogs, cats, chickens, smaller farm animals, rodents and reptiles...but we're also keen to care for horses and larger farm animals should the need arise.
We are an incredibly tidy, organised, confident in a crisis, well-travelled, calm and quiet couple who enjoy hiking and cooking together. We both love to garden, grow veg, and take care of indoor plants. I, Lisa, was a florist for twenty years before beginning my academic career, so this experience is often helpful. We have a car.
Sam often works abroad, so Lisa often do sits alone.
