Hi there! We are Emily and Matt and are two 26 year old Kiwis who have just arrived in the UK.
We are looking for pet sitting gigs around the UK while we look for job opportunities in sustainability and scientific research fields.
We have both grown up with cats and Emily has grown up with small dogs. Matt is a massive cat person and Emily is a bit of both! Matt has experience with fish and frogs, while Emily has pet sit larger dogs back in New Zealand.
We both have experience with older cats and dogs with unique medical needs.
Unfortunately we do not have our own transport so will be relying on public transport.
We look forward to meeting you and your pets.
Emily and Matt were fantastic house sitters. Our cat was very happy and relaxed when we came back and the house was very clean and tidy. Great communication before and during the sit.
We couldn't have asked for better people for our first house sitter experience. We were a little nervous at the prospect of having house sitters until we met Emily and Matt. They are friendly, kind and approachable and our dog was very well looked after. They sent regular updates throughout our holiday which were lovely to receive. I think our dog was sad to see them leave! We couldn't recommend them highly enough.
nice guys, looked after the house well. It was like they had never been here (left very clean and tidy and just as we left it). Good communication. Regular pictures whilst away. No issues at all.
Make sure the garden and pot plants are thriving when you get back - get a house sitter.
