Charlotte & James

Hello and kia ora from Aotearoa, New Zealand!

My name is Charlotte (NZ & UK Citizen) and my partner is James (UK citizen, NZ Resident). We are very excited to be taking some time to travel this year from the other side of the globe. We are looking for a bit of time to ourselves between visiting friends and family to take in the English scenery.

In New Zealand we live in the city of Christchurch with our dog Sam. James works as a cook at a beloved local restaurant and I am a working musician and video editor. We enjoy looking after pets and have both grown up around animals and taking care of them, as well as plants and gardens. We are responsible, tidy and friendly with great communication.

We have had some fantastic house sitting experiences hosting and also being sitters. Last year we met a couple from UK through the NZ equivalent Kiwi House Sitters website and they left us a lovely review:

"James and Charlotte are some of the kindest people we've met since being in New Zealand. They're really chilled out and we loved their company before they left. The house is in a great location, close to town and within seconds of great dog walks. Which brings me to Sam. Sam is so affectionate, sweet and friendly. He's great on walks and really playful at home. He loves naps, his rope and playing fetch, as well as cuddling up and getting heaps of fuss, which was perfect for us! Wouldn't hesitate in recommending James, Charlotte and Sam for house sitters, they're fantastic."

We will be in England during the summer months until late July 2024.
